Sinder is a UAE-licensed fintech founded in Dubai in 2024 by Chris Hughes and Artem Kuchumov. The company builds technology for transparent travel money and international spending for UAE residents. Sinder operates the customer app and pricing interface; it is not a bank and does not issue cards or hold customer funds. Its regulated banking partner ruya provides the account and issues the card, while Network International supports payment processing and Mastercard provides the card scheme.
