Turkish Airlines' loyalty programme, reachable from the UAE through ENBD Voyager and useful across Turkish Airlines and Star Alliance awards.

Miles&Smiles is Turkish Airlines' loyalty programme. UAE residents can earn through eligible flights and partners, or transfer ENBD Voyager Miles at the issuer's published ratio.

## How it works

Members earn redeemable Miles separately from Status Miles. Redeemable Miles can be used for Turkish Airlines and eligible Star Alliance awards, upgrades, Cash&Miles and selected partner rewards. Status Miles determine tier and are not spendable.

For a UAE cardholder, ENBD Voyager is the transfer route currently modelled by Kredit. Direct Voyager travel redemption has its own guaranteed portal rate, so compare that option with the estimated value after transfer before choosing.

## Redemption

The calculator uses the current independent Miles&Smiles flight benchmark. It is not an issuer commitment, and fuel surcharges, taxes and award availability can materially change the result.

Turkish Airlines states that Miles are valid through the end of the third full calendar year after they are processed. Miles nearing expiry can currently be extended for a fee, so review the exact expiry year in your account rather than assuming new activity resets every Mile.

Miles&Smiles can suit UAE travellers who regularly connect through Istanbul or want Star Alliance redemptions. The best option may still be a cash ticket or Voyager portal redemption when award taxes are high.
