How to open the account in Liv X
Four stages in the app. Keep your Emirates ID and passport ready and complete the identity steps while you are in the UAE.

Get your Kredit code
Tap Open Liv account, enter your mobile number and email, and get the staff code used to track your Liv application.

Continue in Liv X
Install or open Liv X, choose to open an account, enter your details and add the Kredit code in the Staff code field on the contact screen.

Verify your identity
Scan your Emirates ID and passport, add your UAE address, accept the terms and complete the selfie check.

Start using the account
After Liv approves the application, set your password and access your account details and IBAN. The first debit card is free.

The account is for adults with capacity to contract under UAE law.
Emirates ID and passport
Both are scanned in the app as photographs. Keep them to hand.
In the UAE while you apply
The personal-information and identity steps have to be completed while you are physically in the country.
One account per person
