Relationship balances
The call-deposit minimum is AED 50,000. Below that, no interest is paid; below AED 25,000, its service charge applies. If combined current and call balances fall below AED 100,000, the relevant per-account service charge applies.
Entity maintenance
The monthly entity-level charge is recovered from only one operating account belonging to that entity.
Time deposits
Time deposits require AED 50,000 or equivalent; no interest is paid below that balance. Early withdrawal can add a market-rate penalty to the processing charge.
Transfer costs
Correspondent or other bank charges can apply at actual cost to international transfers. OUR allocations add the listed HSBC-group or external charge.
BEN allocations
Outgoing BEN transfers use the listed local or international transfer charge but deduct that charge from the beneficiary's proceeds.
Unauthorised overdraft
Without a separate facility offer, the published unauthorised overdraft rates are 22% per year in AED and 20% per year in other currencies.
Digital cheque deposit
The digital cheque deposit service requires Express Banking setup and its per-location monthly service. Its separate implementation fee is listed under Fees.

HSBC provides a corporate opening portal and separate country and corporate terms; exact entity eligibility and documentation are determined in the application.
