Ten requests every month are free, with no card and no setup fee. Higher monthly volumes are available for organisations — your manager can get in touch with Kredit to arrange a team account.

UAE-based credit-card sales agents — including bank employees, Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), sales agencies, finance companies, and telesales teams. Every agent is verified through UAE PASS, and the Kredit team reviews each profile before live access is given.

Most profiles are reviewed within one business day. You'll get an email as soon as yours is approved.

The usual UAE credit-card application documents — Emirates ID (front and back), passport, residence visa, salary certificate or letter, recent payslips, and employer contact details. More sensitive items like bank statements or IBAN are available separately for organisation accounts.

Kredit is a document-collection tool — not a bank, credit-card issuer, broker, or DSA. Your authorisation to submit credit-card applications comes from the bank or DSA you work with, not from being reviewed by Kredit.

Each link is meant for one customer and one application. Uploaded documents stay private to the agent who asked for them — nobody else on the platform can see them. Customers see a clear consent screen before they upload anything. Once the application is finished, documents are cleared away.

Every customer page has a clear option to flag the request. The moment a customer flags it, the link is locked — uploads stop, no one can view what was already uploaded, and the Kredit team is alerted. This protects both your customer and your account.

Each agent has their own account, tied to their UAE PASS identity. For team setups, organisation-level accounts with shared limits and team visibility are available — your manager or DSA can get in touch with Kredit to arrange one.

It's built for phones first. Customers can take photos with their camera or upload images and PDFs from their device. There's no app to install.
