Yes. UAE PASS verification stays per-agent on a team plan — every link a customer receives is tied to the identity of the agent who created it, not to the team. This is what makes customers trust the upload flow.

Can a manager see what individual agents are doing?

Yes — team admins get a consolidated view of every request created by their team's agents, including status, customer phone, and audit events. Customer document downloads remain restricted to the originating agent for privacy, but pipeline visibility is end-to-end.
