How Darna works
Darna is Aldar's loyalty programme for Abu Dhabi residents — not an airline programme, but a rewards currency built around everyday life at Aldar destinations: Yas Mall, Yas Island, Saadiyat properties, and Aldar-managed communities. Emirates NBD issues four co-branded Darna cards spanning a full tier ladder, from a free entry card to an invitation-only top tier. The headline numbers you'll see — "6.25% back," "10% back" — come from two things multiplied together: how many Darna Points you earn per AED spent, and what those points are worth when redeemed. At the top tier, 1 point per AED earned (at Aldar) × AED 0.10 per point redeemed = 10% back.

Living with Darna
For Abu Dhabi residents, Darna cards reward the spend that's already part of daily life — Aldar Education school fees, Aldar Community Management service charges, Yas Mall retail and dining, Yas Island attractions and hotels, and Saadiyat properties.
