ENBD Go4it Gold Credit Card

The ENBD Go4it Gold Credit Card has a built-in Nol chip, so you can use it directly at RTA Parking Meters, on the Metro (Regular class), and on Bus and Waterbus services, without carrying a separate Nol card. RTA spend on the card earns 4 ENBD Plus Points per AED 400 spent, an effective 1% rate.

The published standard joining and annual fees are each AED 103.95. The product page advertises a no-annual-fee offer without publishing its conditions. Purchases carry a monthly rate of 3.69% (44.28% per annum). Other charges include a AED 241.5 late payment fee if the minimum due isn't paid in full by the due date, and a cash advance fee of 3.15% of the amount or AED 103.95, whichever is higher.

You earn 4 Plus Points per AED 400 spent on RTA services, an effective 1% rate. All other spend earns 1 Plus Point per AED 400 (0.25%), while weekend spend earns more at 5 Plus Points per AED 400 (about 1.25%). Plus Points are capped at 2,000 per statement.

You need a minimum salary of AED 5,000, must be at least 21 years old, and must be a UAE resident. Emirates NBD may also request your Emirates ID, a passport copy, a salary certificate or bank statements, and a security cheque as part of the application.

The card includes complimentary life insurance cover of up to AED 75,000 for the primary cardholder, plus Dubai Ferry rides for the cardholder and one guest on selected Saturdays.

Purchases accrue 3.69% a month (44.28% a year) on any balance not paid in full by the due date.
