Liv Millionaire Account

A fee-free savings account that pays no interest and enters you into monthly cash draws instead, with one entry for every AED 10,000 you hold.

Open account

Opened from inside the Liv app. You need a Liv Primary Account first.

Staff code
KREDIT

Liv asks for this on the Contact details screen when you open your account.

The Liv Millionaire Account pays no interest. Money held here earns entries into a monthly AED 1,000,000 draw plus a grand prize of AED 4–5 million instead of a rate.

The cost of that is measurable. AED 100,000 in a Goal Account on Liv Max earns 3.5% a year, or AED 3,500. The same AED 100,000 here earns ten draw entries and nothing else, so those ten entries cost AED 3,500 a year. For most balances this is entertainment with a known price, not an investment strategy.

Benefits

Monthly And Annual Draws

AED 1 million monthly, and a grand prize up to AED 5 million

The grand prize is AED 5 million for Emirati individuals and AED 4 million for expatriate individuals. Alongside the monthly AED 1 million there are over 100 monthly winners of AED 100,000, AED 10,000, AED 3,000 and AED 2,000.

One Entry Per AED 10,000

Entries scale with your balance, and carry over month to month

Every AED 10,000 held earns one entry, and incremental balances across your accounts add further entries. Existing balances carry over rather than resetting.

No Fee Or Minimum Balance

Free to open, free to close, nothing to maintain

There is no monthly fee, no minimum balance and no closure fee. The trade is that the account pays no interest — the draw is the return.

Fees

There is no minimum balance to open and no account fee. A small balance is not penalised; it simply earns few entries.

Whether the account costs you anything depends on what the money earned before. If it would otherwise sit in a current account earning nothing, the entries are free. If you are on the Classic plan, the Goal Account has paid nothing since March 2026, so the 3.5% comparison above only holds if you are paying for Liv Max. Check what your savings currently earn before deciding what this account costs.

Good to know

How money moves in and out

The account has no debit card and no cheque book, and outward transfers go to your Liv Primary Account only. Money comes in from your Liv account and leaves the same way.

This is a holding account, not a spending account, and it cannot double as an emergency fund you can reach directly.

How draw entries accrue

Entries accrue at one per AED 10,000 held, with more on incremental balances across your accounts. Balances carry over rather than resetting each month, so a stable balance accumulates standing without needing to be topped up before each draw.

Frequently asked questions

Get answers to common questions about the Liv Millionaire Account

One entry for every AED 10,000 you hold, with additional entries on incremental balances across your accounts. Balances carry over rather than resetting each month.

A grand prize of AED 5 million for Emirati individuals and AED 4 million for expatriates, AED 1 million every month, and over 100 monthly winners of AED 100,000, AED 10,000, AED 3,000 and AED 2,000.

No. The Millionaire Account pays no interest — the draw entries are the return. If you want a rate on your savings, a Goal Account on Liv Max pays 3.5%.

No. Opening, holding and closing the account are all free, and there is no minimum balance. AED 10,000 is what earns a draw entry, not what the account requires.

Yes, back to your Liv Primary Account. Outward transfers from this account go there only, and it does not come with a debit card or cheque book.

No. Kunooz is Emirates Islamic's Shariah-compliant prize-draw account, which also pays a quarterly profit. Liv Millionaire is conventional and pays no rate at all.

The interest you forgo. AED 100,000 held here earns ten entries; the same amount in a Goal Account on Liv Max would earn about AED 3,500 a year, so that is the price of those entries.

No. If the money is sitting in a current account earning nothing, the entries cost you nothing you were actually receiving. On the Liv Classic plan the Goal Account has paid nothing since March 2026, which changes the comparison.

No. Existing balances carry over, and incremental balances across your accounts add further entries, so a stable balance keeps accumulating standing rather than needing topping up before each draw.

No. There is no debit card and no cheque book, and outward transfers go only to your Liv Primary Account. Money enters and leaves through that account.

No. Opening, holding and closing are free with no minimum balance. AED 10,000 is what earns one draw entry, not what the account requires you to hold.

Emirates Islamic's Kunooz Millionaire Account is Shariah-compliant and pays a quarterly profit alongside its draws. Liv Millionaire is conventional and pays no return at all, so the entries are the whole proposition.
