Sinder

Sinder is a Dubai-based fintech founded by Chris Hughes and Artem Kuchumov. The company builds technology for transparent travel money and international spending for UAE residents. Sinder operates the customer app, technology interface and FX pricing layer; it is not a bank and does not issue cards or hold customer funds. Its regulated banking partner ruya (Ruya Community Islamic Bank LLC) provides the account and issues the card and holds customer funds, while Network International supports payment processing and Mastercard provides the card scheme.
