Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank has launched two co-branded Marriott Bonvoy Visa cards in the UAE: the Marriott Bonvoy ADIB Visa Signature Card and the Marriott Bonvoy ADIB Visa Infinite Card. Both are live now, and a limited-time welcome offer on the Infinite closes on 30 November 2026.
The Signature is the notable one. Earning Bonvoy points on a UAE card has meant a premium product: the Emirates NBD Marriott Bonvoy World Elite asks AED 25,000 a month and AED 1,575 a year. The Signature asks AED 5,000 a month and AED 523.95 a year — a fifth of the salary bar and a third of the fee. Bonvoy points and Silver Elite status now sit within reach of an entry-level salary.
Signature: AED 523.95 a year
- Minimum salary AED 5,000 a month. Annual fee AED 523.95, with no spend-based waiver.
- Welcome bonus of 50,000 points, with no published minimum-spend condition.
- Earn 3 points per USD 1 at Marriott Bonvoy hotels, 2 per USD 1 internationally, 1.5 per USD 1 locally, and 0.25 per USD 1 at ADIB's specific-merchant categories.
- Silver Elite status on issuance, 10 Elite Night Credits a year, and Gold Elite at USD 15,000 of annual card spend.
- 35,000 points each anniversary on payment of the renewal fee.
- Unlimited lounge access for the cardholder, two valet parking sessions a month, and two airport transfers a year.
Infinite: AED 2,625 a year
- Minimum salary AED 5,000 a month. Annual fee AED 2,625, again with no waiver.
- Welcome bonus of up to 150,000 points: 100,000 on card issuance, and 50,000 more once qualifying spend reaches USD 15,000 (about AED 55,090) within 90 days.
- Apply between 27 August and 30 November 2026, with the card issued by 15 December, and a further 50,000 points come on the same spend condition — 200,000 in total. Supplementary cardholders and Signature upgraders do not qualify.
- Earn 8 points per USD 1 at Marriott Bonvoy hotels, 4 per USD 1 internationally, 3 per USD 1 locally, and 0.5 per USD 1 at specific-merchant categories.
- Gold Elite on issuance, 15 Elite Night Credits a year, Platinum Elite at USD 25,000 of annual spend, and a Free Night Award valued at 85,000 points each anniversary.
- USD 100 in-hotel credit on a paid stay of two nights or more at The Ritz-Carlton or St. Regis, booked direct on the special rate.
Which one should you pick
The fee gap is AED 2,101 a year. The Infinite adds the 85,000-point Free Night Award, Gold rather than Silver status, a lounge guest, and more than double the earn rate on Marriott stays. It suits someone who stays at Marriott properties often enough to use a free night every year. The Signature suits someone who wants Bonvoy status and points without a four-figure fee. Model your own spend if the two look close.
What to know before you apply
Neither annual fee is waivable, so both recur every year. ADIB's specific-merchant categories — supermarkets, utilities, government services, education, fuel, transport, Salik, charities and real estate agents — earn 0.25 points per USD 1 on the Signature and 0.5 on the Infinite, so neither card is built for everyday household spend. Spend in European Economic Area currencies drops to 1 point per USD 1 on the Signature and 1.5 on the Infinite. Earn rates are quoted per USD 1, so dirham spend converts at the peg.
