Kredit Market Position data license
Kredit publishes its market-position ranking compilation under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license, subject to the scope and third-party rights described below.
License
You may copy, redistribute, adapt and use the licensed material, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit, link to the license and indicate whether you made changes. Read the CC BY 4.0 license deed.
What the license covers
To the extent Kredit owns copyright or database rights, CC BY 4.0 applies to the dataset's selection and arrangement and to Kredit-generated fields such as pillar percentiles, weighted market position, rank, population-tail bands, assumptions and methodology text.
What it does not cover
The license does not grant rights in bank or card-network trademarks, card artwork, issuer documents, third-party source material, or any rights Kredit does not own. Factual issuer data remains subject to applicable law and the source issuer's rights. Reuse must not imply that Kredit or an issuer endorses you or your product.
Required attribution
When sharing the licensed dataset or a substantial adaptation, retain the following attribution, include the published last-modified date, and say if you changed the material:
