MCC 5960 classifies merchants recorded as direct marketing- insurance service. It describes the business accepting the payment, not the exact item you bought.

Most banks show a spending category in the app or statement instead of the four-digit MCC. Use that category to narrow down likely codes, then ask the issuer for the exact code on the posted transaction if you need to confirm it.
