Smiles Points can be redeemed for bill payments, mobile recharges, food delivery, smartphones, groceries, pharmacies and shopping vouchers via the Smiles app, and remain valid for 24 months.

Each primary and supplementary cardholder can use up to 8 complimentary visits per calendar year. The first visit is free; later visits require at least USD 1 international card spend.

You earn 10 Smiles Points per AED on Etisalat (e&), the Smiles app and elGrocer, capped at 25,000 points a month. International purchases earn up to 3 points per AED, and domestic UAE purchases earn up to 2 points per AED. Spending AED 10,000 in a calendar quarter earns 5,000 bonus points at the start of the next quarter.

New cardholders get a 90-day complimentary subscription to Smiles Unlimited and an AED 200 Unravel hotel discount valid for 90 days from card issuance.
