There's no joining fee, so the card is free to open. The annual fee is AED 1,575, and once you've paid it Citi credits 10,000 ThankYou Points back to your account annually. Carried balances accrue a 3.69% monthly interest rate (44.28% annually).

You need a minimum monthly salary of AED 30,000 and must be at least 18 years old to qualify. No additional minimum credit limit requirement is listed beyond those two criteria.

You earn 3 ThankYou Points per USD spent in non-AED currencies outside the EEA and 2 ThankYou Points per USD spent in AED. EEA-currency spending earns a reduced rate. Citi also credits 10,000 ThankYou Points annually once the annual fee is paid.

The card includes 14 complimentary airport lounge visits per year through Mastercard Travel Pass. To use each visit, you first need to complete a qualifying non-AED transaction, as required by the Mastercard Travel Pass program.

You get 4 complimentary Careem airport rides per year, each worth up to AED 84. Twice a year you can use Marhaba Silver Meet & Greet at Dubai International Airport for fast-track and porter services on arrival and departure, and separately the card includes 3 airport fast-track services per year via Mastercard Travel Pass.

You get unlimited weekday golf plus one weekend round per month at five clubs (The Els Golf Club, Trump International Golf Club, Arabian Ranches Golf Club, Montgomerie Golf Club, and Abu Dhabi Golf Club). There are also 6 Buy-1-Get-1 movie tickets per month (4 at VOX, 2 at REEL), 2 valet parking services per month at select Valtrans locations, and purchase protection covering damaged or stolen items within 90 days, up to $20,000 per year.
