Is there a joining fee?

The standard joining fee is AED 2,625, per Emirates NBD's Key Facts Statement and fee guide. The issuer's product page currently advertises this fee as waived, without publishing the offer's end date or eligibility conditions. The AED 1,575 annual fee is not part of this waiver.

How does the up-to-25,000-UPoints welcome offer work?

It combines double UPoints at participating Emaar destinations during the first 3 months with 10,000 UPoints after USD 10,000 of eligible retail spend in the first 3 billing cycles. It is not an unconditional 25,000-point award.

What are UPoints worth?

Emirates NBD publishes an instant-redemption rate of 10 UPoints = AED 1 at participating Emaar destinations. Therefore 10,000 UPoints are worth AED 1,000 at that redemption rate.

How many Reel Cinema tickets, golf rounds and valet uses are included?

The published benefits include up to 3 Reel BOGO companion tickets per month, up to 2 golf rounds per month at 6 partner clubs, and up to 4 eligible valet uses per month at select Abu Dhabi locations, plus participating Dubai Mall valet. Spend and booking conditions apply.

What concierge usage allowances are published?

ENBD publishes 4 airport drop-offs per year, 12 local courier services per year, 1 car-service collection and delivery per year, 1 vehicle-registration service per year, and 3 roadside-assistance uses per year. The current spend and service conditions still apply.
