Prime, Plus and Privilege earn 2, 3 and 4 RAKrewards per AED 1 on regular eligible spend. They charge AED 51.45, AED 103.95 and AED 299 per month respectively, waived at AED 5,000, AED 10,000 and AED 20,000 monthly spend.

Only Privilege removes RAKBANK's bank FX surcharge. Mastercard's 1.15% processing charge still applies.

Yes. RAKBANK describes Elevate as one card that can move between Prime, Plus and Privilege monthly. The selected tier controls the earn rate, monthly fee, waiver target and some benefits.

You need to be new to RAKBANK credit cards and apply for Elevate through the RAKBANK digital app between 15 July and 15 September 2026. After the card is issued, spend AED 20,000 within 60 days to trigger the bonus. The 125,000 RAKrewards are credited within 90 days after the promo period ends.

Elevate includes access to 1,300+ airport lounges plus one guest, but it's conditional rather than automatic. You must make at least one international purchase of USD 1 or more every three months to keep the complimentary access, and it requires an active Mastercard Travel Pass, so an idle card can lose the perk.

The standard route needs a minimum salary of AED 35,000, along with being a UAE resident aged 21 or older. Self-employed applicants can qualify a different way, through quarterly business turnover of AED 600,000 or an average quarterly account balance of AED 200,000.
