Yes. The grocery, fuel, and education categories are each capped at AED 300 per category per month. Dining is capped at AED 200 per month, and utility payments are capped at AED 100 per month. On top of the category caps, there is an overall maximum monthly cashback cap of AED 1,000 across all categories combined.

Yes, the Covered Card annual fee is AED 103.95. There is no joining fee, so it costs nothing to open the account, and the AED 103.95 is charged as the recurring annual fee.

You need a minimum monthly income of AED 5,000 and must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for this card.

Yes, cardholders are entitled to four free supplementary cards until further notice. If you add a 5th supplementary card or more, an annual fee of AED 103.95 applies to each additional card from the 5th onward.

ATM cash withdrawals cost 3.15% of the amount with a minimum of AED 103.95, and this also covers transfers of the card's original cover to any ADIB account. Non-AED transactions carry a 2.415% service fee on top of the Visa/Mastercard exchange rate, while transactions made outside the UAE but charged to you in AED carry a separate 2.8875% international transaction service fee.
