You can switch between Lifestyle and Travel cashback categories anytime during the month via the EI+ Mobile Banking app. The category active at the end of the calendar month is used for calculating your cashback earned that month.

You need a minimum billed amount of AED 2,500 per calendar month to earn cashback on eligible transactions.

Cashback is accrued on a calendar month basis and reflected in your Cashback balance on the EI+ app in the month after the eligible transaction.

You need a minimum of AED 300 in your cashback wallet for statement credit redemption, or AED 40 equivalent for travel rewards redemption.

Excluded transactions include cash withdrawals, balance transfers, cash advances, insurance/takaful payments, cryptocurrency purchases, utility/telecom/RTA bill payments made via EI channels, third-party payment aggregators, and money orders.

The minimum salary is AED 5,000 a month. The AED 313.95 annual fee is waived for the first year and waived thereafter when your annual spend exceeds AED 30,000.
